Anthony L. Ricco is a 1981 graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law. He has been in private practice since 1982. Ricco's practice involves state, federal criminal defense and capital defense litigation. He is admitted to practice law in New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and The Supreme Court of the United States. Ricco has represented 14 clients in federal death prosecutions, including Andre Cooper in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a case in which the jury rejected the death penalty in May 2006.
