Access to the secure portion of the Federal Death Penalty Resource Counsel Project is generally limited to members of defense teams with pending federal capital trial cases. Please fill out the requested information, including a list of pending and prior federal capital trial-level cases.
Once you have completed the application, it will be submitted for approval. If approved, you will receive an automated email with your username. The email will also contain a link which will allow you to create your own password. Once this has been completed, your account will be activated.
