Jerome Del Pino

Jerome Del Pino joined the Federal Capital Appellate Resource Counsel project as an attorney in the fall of 2018. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Yale College and his juris doctorate at New York University School of Law. For twelve years he was an attorney with the Capital Habeas Unit in the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Tennessee. He was introduced to capital defense work at The Louisiana Crisis Assistance Center in New Orleans. He clerked for the Hon. Martha Craig Daughtrey of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and was a litigation associate with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson. He has presented at Habeas Assistance and Training (HAT) conferences and worked on committees for the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
