A Notice of Intent was filed in a second DNM case, U.S. v. Babitz, Cr. 24-1284. This case had been scheduled for a DOJ meeting in July 2025, but the meeting was canceled, making this the second case authorized (NOI filed) without a DOJ meeting. The NOI can be found here.
